Preventative Care and Cleanings
An integral part of our practice is Preventative Care. One of the most important things you can do for your teeth and gums is maintaining good oral hygiene. Healthy teeth not only enable you to look and feel good, they make it possible to speak and eat properly. Good oral health is very important to overall health. The heart of our practice is promoting health through educating our patients on good oral hygiene and preventative dentistry. It is through regular scheduled examinations and professional cleanings that allow us to maintain health, and identify any potential problems that could lead to progression of periodontal disease.
Brightening Your Smile with Bleaching
Teeth Whitening is a safe and effective way to brighten stained, discolored, or dull teeth. Even a stubborn tooth that is noticeably duller or less white than your other teeth can be individually brightened. We offer Zoom In office Whitening Procedure, take home bleach trays, & bleach strips…..notice results in as little as 1 hour.
Restorations & Fillings
We like composite/ resin fillings for their natural appearance and the near perfect color match we can get with your teeth. Composite fillings also bond better to your teeth, helping to restore your tooth’s natural strength. Our goal is to provide a natural looking restoration with optimal function.
Veneers and Lumineers
Porcelain veneers close spaces, increase length, create maximum whiteness, and straighten teeth. They are also very durable. In as little as two visits you can have a brighter, more attractive smile.
Porcelain Onlays / Inlays
What’s an Onlay?
It’s a dental fabricated replacement of one or more cusps of your tooth. We provide this valuable service because we feel they are much more conservative than a full crown. They restore the health of your tooth as well as function, feel natural, and can last 15+ years.
Crowns/Caps
To restore larger areas of decay or broken down teeth, crowns will be used to restore your tooth to function. Today crowns can be fabricated from numerous materials such as all porcelain, semi-precious metal, or gold.
Fixed Bridges
This restoration procedure can provide a replacement for missing teeth and consists of several crowns attached as one unit and cemented in place.
Dental Implants
Dental Implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. A person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat with ease again and can smile with confidence, knowing that their teeth appear natural and their facial features will be preserved. The bone bonds to titanium creating a strong foundation for artificial teeth. Implants help preserve facial structure by preventing bone deterioration which occur when teeth are lost.
Removable Partials / Precision Partials
Partial dentures offer another option in replacing missing teeth. With technology today partials can be fabricated not only in resin and metal but also in nylon and tooth colored clasps for a more natural appearance. Precision Partials, the best alternative, provide a rock solid fit that is extremely long lasting and kind to the surrounding teeth and gums
Dentures
If you have lost all of your natural teeth we can design a natural smile with dentures. Periodontal disease, tooth decay, or injury are some of the reasons for tooth loss, but with dentures you can restore your appearance, your health and continue to function with a healthy attractive smile

Root Canal Treatment – Endodontics
With today’s modern dental techniques, having root canals done by a dentist is no longer a painful, scary experience. Dr. Mastrota’s team is experienced in performing root canal therapy, however on occasion he will refer to an endodontic specialist for treatment. Excessive decay, tooth fracture, or trauma from an accident / blow, or gum disease can lead to the tooth dying and symptoms of pain or a dental abscess. A tooth that has had completed root canal requires a crown to restore and preserve the integrity of the tooth. When a tooth is not properly restored with a crown following root canal therapy it will result in failure of the root canal and loss of that tooth.
Extractions
Dr. Mastrota will perform simple tooth extractions, while referring more complicated extraction to an oral surgeon.
